American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC New York) is set to have their annual Winter Conference for 2014 at the Albany, NY Marriott from January 26 through January 28.
Petty Burton Associates/William H. Connolly & Co., LLC is an active member of the ACEC New York and we are again one of the exhibitors for this year’s Winter Conference at the Albany Marriott on January 26-28. We will be greeting visitors at our exhibit booth so if you are planning to attend this year’s conference, please come by to say hello and take a chance at winning a unique Laguiole corkscrew which we will be raffling off.
This year we are focusing on the New York State Statute of Limitations and Statute of Repose and the resulting recommended documentation policy for design firms. These are key issues if you practice in New York State as they have serious insurance program design implications. We hope to clarify and better inform the members and to discuss the insurance and risk management impacts as a result of same. We look forward to sharing this key information with you.
